NOTICE OF CITY OFFICERS' ELECTION

To the Registered Voters of the City of Carrollton, Texas:

Notice is hereby given that the polling places listed below will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on SATURDAY, MAY 9, 2009, for voting in a General Election to elect four Council members - one for Place 1; one for Place 3; one for Place 5; and one for Place 7.

EARLY VOTING BY PERSONAL APPEARANCE WILL BE CONDUCTED AT JOSEY RANCH LAKE LIBRARY, 1700 KELLER SPRINGS AND AT HEBRON & JOSEY LIBRARY – 4220 NORTH JOSEY LANE AS FOLLOWS:

April 27-May 1 (Monday – Friday) 8am -- 5pm
May 2 (Saturday) 8 am -- 5pm
May 3 (Sunday) 1pm -- 6pm
May 4-May 5 (Monday – Tuesday) 7am -- 7pm

APPLICATIONS FOR BALLOT BY MAIL SHALL BE MAILED TO:
